RETURNS: WRONG SIZE? WRONG COLOR?
Policy Overview
• Unused Merchandise may be returned with the original tags attached along with a copy of the packing slip, invoice or sales receipt. Shoe boxes must be wrapped or shipped in another cardboard box to prevent marring of original boxes: please do not affix shipping labels directly to shoe boxes.
• Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount, less shipping and handling. You will receive an email notification when your credit has been processed.
• Please note: standard bank processing time is 3-6 business days for a credit to be reflected in your available balance once you have received the email notification.
Shipping
• Packages must be returned pre-paid: We Will Not Accept C.O.D. Deliveries.
• We recommend that you return items via UPS or Parcel Post - Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility.
Exchanges
• Due to availability issues with seasonal merchandise, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time.
• If you require a different item/ color/ size, please place a new order at shop.pearlizumi.com to make sure you receive the item you desire while it's still available; your credit card will be credited for any item(s) that you return to us (see above for return details).
